Ambiente
Itchy likes sharing; it gives us that warm, tingly feeling inside. So
imagine our glee when an opportunity to share a place that's all ABOUT
sharing came up. Ambiente's selection of wonderfully executed tapas
ranges from shark to pigeon (a land-sea-and-air approach to cuisine)
and turns up on small-but-perfectly-formed plates ready for nimble
fingers. In fact, the whole tone of the restaurant with its dark muted
walls and upmarket Spanish swagger encourages the comfort to chatter.
The only challenge is to the greedy guts who want to have their
arancini and eat it, but in Ambiente sharing is the name of the game,
and what's a little calamari between amigos?
