Il Paradiso Del Cibo
Oozing Sardinian sunshine (and mouth-watering aromas) into the quaint little alley that is Walmgate, the aptly named Il Paradiso del Cibo (or ”The Paradise of Food“, as the locals would have it) is a cheap-chic pizzeria that deserves to go on your do-before-you-die list. Lunchtimes usually find Paolo Silesu's pocket-sized ristorante stuffed with customers craving a bite of this rustic fine-dining experience. However, with a main course and a glass of wine costing comfortably under a tenner, Itchy's main concern was less getting in, and more squeezing back out again afterwards.
