Yu-Foria
Everyone knows fro yo is the way to go when you're feeling low. Ice cream is so last summer. The Yu-Foria frozen yoghurt company fits the bill with its zen, leafy hideaway in Covent Garden Piazza. Choose from natural, chocolate or exciting fruity 'flavour of the day' (on our visit it was rhubarb, delish). From there you can make it as sinful or heavenly as you please with a range of 25 toppings, from antioxidant-packed berries to oreos. You can even have a coffee and a waffle instead if it's a bit nippy out. From just £2.80 for a small tub, Yu-Foria provides a tasty treat that's easy on the wallet (and the hips).
