Jazz Cafe Posk
If the Polish do one thing well, it's hard liquor. Plumbing and building too, but that's another kettle of disgruntled Brits entirely. The drinks here are phenomenally cheap and slide down particularly well with a comfortable evening of live music. It may only be open on Saturdays, and it may be in a building that reminds you of your student union, but the café itself is a class act. Sit on the spotlit steps or pull up a candlelit pew, taking it easy while cool cats on stage get their groove on.
