Hummus Bros
Man might not be able to live on bread alone, but give us some hummus on the side and we'll do just fine. HB was founded by two university chums, entwined with a shared love of the lumpy beige stuff. This joint and its Holborn sister take some beating when you need to refuel in a hurry. The menu provides toppings including chunky beef, chicken and guacamole, and side dishes of tabouleh and barbecued aubergine. That humble old bread truly never had it so good.
