Boys and girls come out to play; this über-gym is as much about having fun as shifting those love-handles. Ok, you can run or cycle, but, come on, where else do grown-ups get the chance to beat each other with Gladiator-style jousting sticks, go to Bollywood dance classes (or even exotic, erotic dance), run the gauntlet or have a (clothed) game of Twister?
