Konstam at the Prince Albert

Hotfooting it onto the carbon footprint trend-wagon, Konstam has chosen to source as much of its food as possible from within the M25. Surprisingly, there are no Regent's Park squirrels or Trafalgar Square pigeons on offer, but Amersham pork and Mersea brill are turned into uniquely delicious dishes. Though the restaurant itself is a bit of a squeeze, it has a Spartan charm that complements the elegant menu.
