The Sun
Like the newspaper, this pub is extremely popular and not the place to look for intellectual discussion. Not because it's aimed at people with a literacy age of 12 though (the crowd is a youngish mix of trendies and suits) but because it's shout-to-make-yourself heard busy. However, if you're going to make like a sardine, there are worse cans you could be sealed into. The interior has an eclectic style (with rippled sun motifs and a fresco in the upstairs room) and the outside beer garden is perfect for when the real sun shows up.
