Yoga Junction has a wonderfully modern approach to the bendy-breathy art, not to mention their never-ending supply of complimentary HobNobs. Situated out of earshot of the general London racket, it houses two studios where you can forget the filing, shelve the kids, and spend a little time re-aligning your bits. Inner peace doesn't even have to eat into your beer money – some classes only cost a fiver.
