If there ever was a venue that came straight off the 'how to build a Hoxton bar' production line, this was it. It's spacious and arty with a random array of furniture in various stages of deconstruction. Punters are tourists desperate to feel the vibe and posh girls from Fulham slumming it out east. There's outside seating looking onto the square and pretty decent Brit-dish style food. There are banging tunes at weekends and bottled beers called Coq. All very 'done before' and kind of uninspiring. He did a lovely job on the Hoxton Apprentice across the road though - see review.
