G-A-Y @ The Astoria
G.A.Y has to be experienced - it's a rite of passage. Populated by people who could be characters in a Pulp song, the G.A.Y phenomenon attracts many a suburban scene queen. Situated at the never changing Astoria, it's the best place in town to get drunk on alcopops, watch the Cheeky Girls lip–synch and get your hands on an easy snog. Try also the G.A.Y bar in Old Compton Street – regular drinks promotions and a lesbian bar downstairs called Girls Go Down. Classy.
