Edge The
Since the redundant bank was gutted in the early 90s and launched as a café/bar this has been the corner stone of London's gay village. The mixed/gay crowd is friendly, but by nightfall the buff boy take-over can grind. Still, there are four floors so it isn't too hard to escape any excess, souped-up queenie action. Be sure to check out the daytime menu, and make the effort to get up to the fourth floor for one of the best views in London.
