It's brand spanking new and if you want to be one of the absolute firsts to head through the shiny gates of Playfest you better hurry because weekend tickets are only £80, so they're going fast.

In the delightfully first-class sounding Eccles Hall Estate, Norfolk, it's already been shortlisted for Best New Festival in 2011 and it's rapidly becoming one of the most fantastic opportunities for fun this year. With Saturday headliners Ash, The Big Pink, The Pigeon Detective and Reverend and the Makers it's hard to understand how they're not already sold out for their big weekend, from the Friday 1 to Sunday 3. We can only assume that organisers were waiting for Itchy readers to head on over to the Playfest site to catch the playlist and buy their tickets. How kind.

Talking of tickets, their weekend student tickets also include free travel for you UEA, Cambridge and Ipswich people when you buy your camping pass. Day tickets just cost £35 and glamping squrts - that just sounds wrong, but looks so good (it's just a baby yurt, panic not) - are available for a price from Cloudhouses. Click now to join 4'000 people watching seven stages for three days until their ears bleed.

Saturday night sees the all-out, excessive kick-off of the POW! Dance Arena with garage star, DJ EZ and Toddla T. All this is just a fraction of the amazing sounds that will be coming from the middle of Norfolk this June. And they're even giving money away to charity through Facebook likes and Twitter follows (also prizes for you but hey... it's about the charity, right?).
