DO NOT GO HERE!!! Rude staff, unhelpful and a waste of money! I got my nose pierced here and the bar fell out in my sleep, i went back and they refused to re pierce my nose for free, she said if i had any problems to return but when i did she looked at me like it was my fault it fell out. Never again will i come here.

You can get your tongue pierced at any age with a parent with you. 18 on your own. I got my nose pierced for £15 at pagens :) with a ring instead of a stood :) I'm strongly against lip piercings from pagens D: Ink house is where I get my more likely to get infected piercings done, because they're cleaner. My snakesbites cost me £50. £25 for each side.

do not go there i got my belly done and they did it o big so the bar was to small and they didnt do it properly they put frezzing stuff on it to numb it and staright shoved it thtorugh and they not ment to do that and they refuzed to give me money for what they did>> never again would i go there. they are rude and rush things

Don't go here! I went 2 days ago nothing wrong with the piercing yet (top of ear) First of all the women was about to re-pierce the bottom of my ear when its not needed as its fine nor did I ask for that. Then I told her were I wanted it at the edge of ear at the top don't know the correct name and 2 seconds later BANG no use of a pen mark to show were it was going... I come out look in the mirror its the wrong place! I went in the market it when i was alot younger and that was half the price and used numbing gel and gave me after care instructions I received neither. The piercing is ok but its only been 2 days ow yerr its still in the wrong place :|

well actually i think this customer service in pagans is exelent! the staff are wired but very friendly and know what they are doing, they also give great after care advise. I think if she pierced you in the wrong place you were not being clear enough, also you do have to look after the piercing yourself by cleaning it regularly and following the staffs advise, it's not their fault if you can't be botherde to look after it and it gets infected! However Pagans could really do with a website or a price list online.

i had my tragus pierced in may the woman who did it was lovely, i went back to get it out because i couldnt get it out to change the bar and they were so rude they looked at me stupid when it was too tight to get it out i wouldnt recomend going there if you dont wanna be treated like a fu**ing idiot!

DON'T GO HERE! i got my nose pierced with a thin silver bar which slid out that same night. couldnt get hold of pagan so i talked to another piercer who told me it was the wrong bar and i needed to let it heal then get it redone. afterwards, I managed to call the pagan guy to tell him it had fallen out. He told me to come straight in because he could easily 'push it back in'. I told him in the nicest way possible that I'd been given other advice and he went ABSOLUTELY MENTAL. he shouted down the phone for me for ages and wouldnt let me speak-he was on the absolute defensive - and now I know why, after reading these reviews. I'm now too offended to show my face in this place again after how rude he was to me.

I got my lip pierced here yesterday, by the old fella, he was really nice! He put numbing spray on (mostly on tongue), gave me a mirror asking me where I wanted it, drew a dot and pierced it. £20, I think you can be any age really... They put a sign up saying 16 or over but that's for the bobbys I think :) You can pick up a price list off the counter :)
