Los Barrachos
Always busy. Beers, cocktails, spirits; you name it, they've got everything except Dick Advocaat, and there's bound to be loads of promotions, particularly on student nights -Tuesdays and Thursdays. A Mexican-themed pub with a pine interior resembling a Mexican hacienda, it's a decent place for a quiet drink and a spot of lunch during the day, and as a springboard for a night of depravity and debauchery. It can get very busy early on, but this only adds towards the excellent atmosphere, and any place with cactuses on the wall can't be all bad. Avoid pissing off the bouncers as they'll reap their revenge at The Garage later that night. Bouncers, like elephants, never forget.
