It provides a variety of clientele to rub arms with, whether it's the rambling old hooch hound, the ageing punk or the dreary boring IT consultant from Salisbury, whose lack of personality is made up for by his ability to count cards. And if you keep an eye out you might see the gormless Aryan Proclaimer twins lamenting the most recent Hibernian defeat.
