Red Vodka Club
Red Vodka is essentially a small, dark room in the middle of Cowgate. But like a little hyperactive puppy, it won't let you ignore it and it's actually a reliably fun pit-stop on the Edinburgh dancing circuit. Come here for indie, soul and electronica – being the usual musical fare here. The DJs at Red Vodka are a friendly breed, so requests will usually be lukewarmly welcomed. Innumerable shots and lashings of disgraceful dancing await the curious visitor. Evenings here don't often kick off before midnight, or later, so think twice about dropping in for an early drink.
