The North Star
From the outside, you wouldn't think much of it, but when you walk into The North Star, you're taken from the ordinary, mundane world and into another one. A more beautiful, relaxed and mellow world. The first thing you notice when walking in is the décor; it's chic, modern and pretty darn sexy, making all the other pubs in Cardiff look like crack dens. The staff are so friendly; it's like being served a pint by your new best friend. When the night comes, the music starts. Four nights a week The North Star offers you music from the local talent Cardiff has to offer; but fear not! It's not the death-metal or Red Hot Chilli Peppers cover band, clap-trap you'd expect, but ambient, chill-out music, which puts the sweetest icing on the delicious cake that is The North Star.
