Riverside Cantonese Restaurant
Nicholas Chan has been running South Wales' oldest Cantonese restaurant for the last 20 years, amassing a loyal fan base. The dim sum menu is great for sharing with friends at lunch and there's also a special menu for customers in the know, made up of more traditional, obscure dishes. The staff return to China at least once a year, brushing up on authentic cooking which they recreate with ingredients from local suppliers. Oh, and the toilets flush themselves.
