Though it's easy to get carried away; Itchy left with books on foreign cuisine, Nietzsche and some poetry, none of which we will read – but they look good on our shelves. Troutmark boasts 25 years experience, friendly staff, and an impressive upstairs emporium of old magazines. Go delve. It's named after Frank Zappa's Trout Mask Replica album. The owner is Mark – so lets put our hands together for Troutmark.
