The Square
Huge chav establishment on Cardiff's central clubbing street. You know the score: cheesy music, Lycra-clad Vicky Pollards and sticky carpets make this bar a cut below the rest. If you're a fan of alcopops and impromptu sing-alongs, you'll be in heaven here, but people with an interest in vintage tipples should steer well clear: The Square serves the most repulsive tasting wine in the whole of Cardiff - we've drunk tastier kitchen detergent (don't ask). If you decide to venture here, be sure to opt for a pint. There has been a rumour of new management taking over, so there is a flicker of hope.
