Cibo's
A family run Italian bistro/café serving excellent food amid a welcoming atmosphere. It gets a bit cramped at times so it's a good idea to book in advance to avoid having to prop up the bar for half an hour – not that that's such a bad thing –. The pizzas are amazing and they also offer a takeaway service. As with everywhere else in Pontcanna, Cibo's is very nice to visit in the daytime as well, either to eat or just sit outside and have a drink. There's also the added bonus of a back garden where you can easily while away a skiving afternoon gorging yourself yet minimising the risk of being caught in the act.
