Bar Humbug
This charming establishment mysteriously manages to suggest that you are inside the sitting rooms of a 19th century mansion house - the eccentric kind with oversized mirrors above the mantelpiece and the certainty of a private zoo in the gardens. While this last quality is sadly absent, there is a giant metallic iguana present on the railings outside. Bar Humbug's quirky temperament is perfect for a casual chat or spontaneous dancing. Also, there's a ridiculously cheap happy hour most days and offers on anything from shots to champagne cocktails. Transforms into respectable looking restaurant in the daytime that's actually affordably tasty.
