Clifton Wine Bar
A cosy little nook of a place, with comfy sofas and a laid-back atmosphere, making it perfect for a relaxed glass of red any time of the year. Come summertime, though, the place truly comes into its own with the surprisingly roomy garden and spectacular jugs of iced Pimms. We defy any to suggest a better way of spending an afternoon with a few pals, short of discovering you can turn water into beer just by looking at it. The place attracts a nice mix of locals and students who all get along very nicely, and this is certainly one of the more reasonable places in Clifton.
