Tic Toc Café

The Tic Toc cafe is a mainstay of Brighton locals, nestled in a quiet corner on the edge of the old Lanes, with a cosy interior and, weather permitting, outside tables. They have the usual array of coffees, teas, sandwiches and amazing, amazing cake, but it's the atmosphere that makes it: whether having a first date or an awkward discussion with an ex, there's something about the fairy lights, little toy robots, street signs and chic decorative touches that make it uniquely welcoming. Plus the food is made by a genuine French chef. You can't find a more authentic example of why Brighton is Brighton.
