The Lavender Rooms is the perfect example of everything that's fantastic about being female. It's like the bedroom of the most beautiful Hollywood starlet. You can literally imagine her scampering across the whitewashed wooden floorboards in one of their silky slips and perfecting her coiffure in front of the mirrored dressing table. It's easy to see why the Lavender Rooms was voted one of Vogue's best boutiques in Britain. It is the little touches like the piles of artfully dishevelled books, the abundance of paper flowers and the antique furniture that make it totally unique.
