Red Room
I once danced salsa with a very long–limbed lady in this bar which is as red as its name. Sitting on top of the Ocean Rooms it's extremely well–placed for a bit of pre–clubbing quaffing, spotting and, er, bopping – ? –. And if you book a table in the class restaurant, you can be in there from 7pm. Whatever you decide to do in this gloriously plush, mirrored room with its full–on cocktail bar you'll do it loudly and in style –think more glamorous debauchery than raised–eyebrow snootiness. Velvety.
