The Fighting Cocks
A bloody great weather vein and compass adorns the outside, which adds a false sense of history to this chapter of the goose chain. True, with no music, and books purchased by the yard, the Goose is hardly indicative of an advanced civilisation, but they do make a reasonable pub with very reasonable prices. As such, this is a haven for the local alchies, townies, students and well, everyone apart from royalty and footballers. The Goose up the road in Kings Heath is almost a carbon copy, in both style and clientele.
