Competition
1. One entry per person.
2. Postal entries for competitions should be sent with your name, address, daytime telephone number, competition you are entering and answer to: Itchy Online Limited, Sophia House, 76 – 80 City Road, London EC1Y 2BJ.
3. To enter participants must register their details within the SMIRNOFF FLAVOURS competition entry forms on Itchy City. The competition opens on the 9th December 2009 and closes on the 9th January 2010.
4. The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Limited to one entry per person per day.
5. Each day judges will pick five winners at random from the list of people who register. These people will receive a bottle of 70 CL SMIRNOFF LIME or SMIRNOFF GREEN APPLE flavoured Vodka. There are 60 bottles of SMIRNOFF LIME and 60 bottles of SMRINOFF GREEN APPLE vodka available during the course of the promotional period.
6. On the 5th Of January 2010, judges will independently select 12 winners from all entrants who have registered their details over the course of the promotion (including winners of the bottles) for a chance to win an iPod Shuffle music player.
7. This promotion is open to all UK residents over the age of 18 in alcohol, tobacco or travel-related competitions, or in other cases as stated except employees of Itchy Online Limited, the companies or organizations with whom the competition or offer is being run, their agents or anyone directly connected with the promotion.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in the post or offered for delivery insufficiently stamped. Proof of delivery will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
9. Prizes are as stated only and no cash alternatives will be given. However, the promoter has the full and free right to alter arrangements or prizes should circumstances change.
10. Itchy will be responsible for delivering all prizes (iPod Shuffle music players and bottles). Via the Royal Mail Post, all prizes will be dispatched 20th January 2010. Delivery will only be made to the winner or a recipient (on behalf of the winner) aged 18 or over and ID may be required for verification.
11. The winning answers and the names of prize winners will be made available to those who send an SAE to the promotion entry address after 15th January 2010. The decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. All entries and copyright in them automatically become the property of Itchy Online Limited.
13. All entrants to competitions and offers are deemed to have accepted these rules and agreed to be bound by them and agree to co-operate in any publicity that may arise.
14. The closing date for receipt of entries is as stated for each individual competition on the website. The winner(s) will be drawn at random from all valid entries, and will be notified by telephone, email or post within two weeks of the closing date. The winner must confirm whether he or she wishes to claim the prize within one week of receiving notification. If the winner fails to do so, the winner shall forfeit their prize and the Promoter may offer the prize to another entrant.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the promotion in its absolute discretion, provided that it shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
16. The promotion and these terms are governed by English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
