Here we go picking strawberries in Soho... No, we've not finally lost
it after drinking one too many summer fruit cups. Itchy is off to the
pop-up 'PYO and add it to Bloom Gin' this Wednesday.
From Wednesday 11 to Friday 13 Bloom Gin (that delicious option we featured on London Gin Club) is running an urban pick your own pop up farm behind the thoroughfare of Oxford Street from 12 to 8 for three days only. Itchy has been told the wet weather is good for something, as it extends the strawberry harvest by an extra month and you get to go pick more Sweet! Eve, Vibrant and Serenity variants. Yes, they're actually types of strawberries.
Whether or not you can make it into Central London, Bloom Gin has furnished Itchy with this delicious G&T recipe for your picking-and-drinking pleasure:
Ingredients
50ml BLOOM London Dry Gin
200ml Fentimans Tonic water
3 British strawberries
